If Only She Knew….

Chapter One

She slid away from the toilet, the bottle in her hand. Alone, all alone in the bathroom she sits with her naked legs to her chest and head in her lap. Her hair carelessly falling over her arms. Still clutching the bottle of pills in her cold, clammy hand, she squeezes her arms around her stiff legs. Hot tears falling from her eyes. Why… Why…. Why…. She cried to herself through the sobs of uncontrollable tears. One decision had ruined her life. Why did it have to happen to her? What did she do that was so wrong to deserve this? All questions running through her mind. The cold tiles on the bathroom floor felt like a prison. The walls closing in on her, her mind is playing tricks. She runs her hands half way through her dark, long, black hair. In an attempt to pull and tug as hard she could, she couldn’t find the strength. Truth is, she is tired. Tired of life. Tired of worrying about how she looks. Tired of everything.
