Breathe

Michigan has been having some nice weather the past few days and as well all know, it never lasts. So today, I encourage you to get outside. Not just the hustle and bustle of errands but find your inner peace outside. Sit on your patio or deck or maybe find a park. Turn off the phone and computer for a few minutes and breathe. Smell the fresh air and freshly mowed grass. Hear the birds chirping away. Feel the wind and sun against your skin. Find that voice inside you that lets you take it all in. Unplug from your daily life. And most importantly, just be.
